In this period of confinement, it is more important than ever to engage in physical activity for good physical and mental health.
With this in mind, the UUE offers you its first sports coaching program with coach Tony who will accompany you for 8 weeks, on Sundays (March 28, April 4-11-25, May 2-16-23-30) at 1 p.m. during 50min zoom sessions.
These sessions will help reduce stress, improve posture, and increase blood flow and energy levels. The training will be tailored to your needs and preferences.
To participate you will need a good internet connection, a bottle of water, a chair and a towel.
