Intensive course and socio-professional support by Collectif Réfugiés (Refugee Collective)

 

The Collectif Réfugiés project announces intensive course and socio-professional support for statutory and/or newly arrived refugees.

OBJECTIVES

  • Learn French to help people become more independent in their daily lives.
  • Develop your professional project and understand the world of work to facilitate access to employment
  • Participate in outings and socio-cultural activities for better social integration.

PUBLIC

  • People benefiting from international protection (refugees and people benefiting from subsidiary protection) and/or newcomers aged at least 18 years.
  • People in a precarious housing situation (mainly housed or domiciled in Paris): HUDA, CPH, hotel, etc.
  • Signatories of the CIR who have preferably already completed their OFII language course.
    People with a current or acquired oral A2 level, without written prerequisites (non-readers, small readers, or readers).
  • People who wish to start a course of social and professional integration and are available in the evening.
  • People in professional activity (precarious contract, part-time, etc.)

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

  • Dates: October 5, 2020, to January 21, 2021
  • Duration and rhythm: Monday and Wednesday evenings or Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm, i.e., 5 hours per week and 70 hours over the duration of the course.
  • Location: 18th arrondissement, Paris.
  • Number of students: about 20 places
  • Rate: free and unpaid course

  • P.S: Registration for the course follows a language evaluation.

We organize evaluations from Monday, September 14 to Friday, September 25, in our offices at 15, rue Moussorgski, Paris 18ème. Evaluations are by appointment only.

For these people, please return the orientation table that you will find attached, with the information concerning them. An invitation to an evaluation will be sent to them at a later date.
